  • •Run in-person Leadership Seminars operations, including building and managing the annual seminar slate and schedule (70+ events/year).
  • •Design and operate the demand-driven leader registration process for the annual seminar slate.
  • •Source and manage vendors and vendor relationships/costs, ensuring end-to-end participant experience (comms, logistics, venue/vendor quality, accessibility).
  • •Build and manage CRM and GenAI tools for event management workflows, analytics, and seminar databases.
  • •Support VP and team needs, manage program budget/expenses and analytics dashboards, and manage agenda content for retreats and weekly/leadership team syncs.
