Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of major infrastructure programs by assisting with schedule, budget, and quality tracking.
  • •Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to monitor progress and identify risks or issues.
  • •Contribute across all project stages, from initial planning through delivery and operation.
  • •Gain hands-on experience with experienced project and program managers within the graduate program.

Key Requirements

  • •Final-year or completed Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •Must have completed your studies and graduated before starting the program.
  • •Must be able to commence work by February 2027 (mid-year finishers may commence by July 2027).
  • •Must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying (student and graduate visa holders are accepted).
  • •Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, adaptable mindset and professionalism and integrity.
