Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategy, pipeline, and revenue for fintech and partnership sales within the Visa Commercial Solutions NA market in partnership with the VCS leadership team.
  • •Identify strategic partnership opportunities across B2B fintech and partner verticals based on customer business needs and value to end constituents.
  • •Maintain and grow selling partnerships across Visa enabler, merchant, and fintech teams while owning VCS sales and strategy with clients.
  • •Be the face of Visa to clients and partners, driving thought leadership and vision in commercial payments.
  • •Lead people management and cross-functional execution, coordinating teams across account executives, finance, legal, product, client services, and strategy to deliver against plan.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 5+ years with a PhD.
  • •15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 12 years with an advanced degree (or PhD with 9+ years), plus 15–18 years of relevant business development experience in B2B payments.
  • •Understanding of payment systems and experience with partners such as network, issuer, processor, or accounting software partners.
  • •Demonstrated solution sales leadership with a record of exceeding sales goals, including structuring partnership constructs and driving contract negotiations to close deals quickly.
  • •Strong customer-facing communication and executive presence, with the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts and lead in a highly matrixed environment.
