Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive a key product area within Money Flows, defining the why/what/how and ensuring alignment with the long-term vision.
  • •Manage the product backlog and deliver against defined success metrics through the full development cycle.
  • •Translate regulatory changes or rulebooks into actual money flows and translate client feedback into clear requirements.
  • •Present market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the product domain.
  • •Serve as the go-to product contact for stakeholders, proactively resolving queries and communicating feature updates and trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in Accenture or Big4 on financial services or payments transformation projects.
  • •2+ years in Fintech or Banking working in the payment chain.
  • •2+ years in Product for a Fintech that successfully launched and scaled complex, regulated financial products.
  • •Deep payments-domain expertise across networks and payment schemes, including SWIFT, SEPA, and/or FPS APIs implementation.
  • •Comfort with product architecture and the ability to speak to technical constraints that impact product development.
