Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed with customers to understand their protein design pipeline and where the platform fits in their loop.
  • •Integrate the API into customer workflows to submit designs, track experiments, and retrieve structured results automatically.
  • •Build integration glue such as SDKs, client libraries, scripts, and small services to keep integrations clean and maintainable.
  • •Design end-to-end data flow between the customer design stack and the automated lab so outputs become experiments and measurements flow back.
  • •Prototype integrations quickly, then harden what works into production-grade systems and provide internal feedback to improve API, docs, and product.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Write production code and design clean APIs and integrations end to end using Python and/or TypeScript.
  • •Integrate and debug real APIs, including auth, webhooks, retries, and messy data flows between systems.
  • •Work directly with customers, translating vague needs into concrete technical plans and shipping what users rely on.
  • •Move quickly in unfamiliar codebases or pipelines to deliver a working integration without waiting for detailed specs.
  • •Have AI-native builder instincts and good judgment about what coding agents produce; interest in biology/protein design/ML for science is a plus.
