Key Responsibilities

  • •Support brand owners in assigned R&D Innovation projects under Harpic/Lysol.
  • •Conduct lab-based formulation development and testing of new/existing products to address consumer needs and brand initiatives.
  • •Read and apply relevant SOP/ISO protocols for data generation for product registration and support regulatory submissions.
  • •Maintain lab equipment operations, standardization, safety/housekeeping, and accurate laboratory notebooks with good documentation practice.
  • •Contribute to surfactant analysis, performance studies, and scale-up planning by supporting prototype development and scaling lab batches for pilot plant trials.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in science/engineering/pharmacy.
  • •1–2 years’ experience in a similar role; FMCG experience is preferred.

  • •Ability to interpret lab test results, conduct performance studies, and analyze/evaluate competitive products.
