Plant Maintenance Supervisor - Refrigeration- 2nd Shift

Lead maintenance teams responsible for installing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on critical equipment across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability to minimize mechanical downtime and maximize production efficiency. Build and manage maintenance KPIs, maintain USDA-compliant documentation and inventory records, and ensure continuity when key personnel are absent. Provide coaching, training, and people leadership within the Maintenance Department.
