Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, and supervise machine repairs.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance systems (prevention and predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs, safety) and coordinate maintenance planning with Production.
  • •Provide day-to-day troubleshooting support for equipment failures and conduct performance monitoring with KPIs and status reporting.
  • •Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
  • •In the absence of key personnel, complete or delegate required tasks and responsibilities while leading employee development and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience acting as a lead through training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process/project.
  • •Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting for high-level process issues.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office; may be required to work long hours and weekends.
