Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan purchased raw material and components by category and supplier to maintain optimal inventory levels and support production requirements and inventory turn goals.
  • •Execute orders and oversee supplier fulfillment compliance; analyze conditions to expedite, defer, or cancel delivery to achieve prioritized goals.
  • •Resolve purchase-related issues with Accounts Payable, including pricing discrepancies and receipt-to-invoice reconciliation.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly/annual standard work for inventory management, supplier relations, data cleanliness, and operational effectiveness.
  • •Partner with the warehouse team on material control and flow, and support phase-in/phase-out projects and lean/A3 Kaizen improvements.
