Join the Fleet Maintenance team to keep Carvana’s Class 8 trucks and trailers safe, reliable, and DOT compliant. You’ll perform preventative maintenance and repairs, diagnose electrical/engine/transmission issues using diagnostic tools and software, handle aftertreatment (DEF/emissions) system work, and collaborate to maintain accurate records and minimize downtime. Hiring includes background check and drug test; no visa sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements on Class 8 fleet equipment.
•Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission problems.
•Repair and maintain aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions), including regens and filter changes.
•Maintain accurate records, optimize vehicle performance, and reduce downtime through collaboration.
•Follow safety protocols and industry best practices to keep the fleet DOT compliant.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with heavy-duty Class 8 trucks and trailers or similar equipment.
•Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
•Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics.
•Proficiency using diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to perform physical maintenance tasks.
