Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform manual assembly operations on product components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies per applicable SOPs.
  • •Organize and prepare materials for assembly and perform required manufacturing sequences using basic hand tools.
  • •Complete line clearance/line load procedures when applicable.
  • •Conduct in-process inspections to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products and maintain quality targets.
  • •Maintain accurate daily production records, troubleshoot assembly problems as required, and train/assist new personnel while keeping the work area clean and safe.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.8 - 18.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • •Less than 1 year of related experience.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and follow work instructions and SOPs in English.
  • •Adept with hand tools, including strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • •Ability to lift and/or move 10 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and wear required PPE in a manufacturing environment.
