Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret client requirements, building codes, and fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
  • •Collaborate with clients and design stakeholders to prepare system architecture, bill of materials, and review drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • •Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders and understand competitive landscape and local industry practices.
  • •Deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical consultation; obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical/commercial compliance.
  • •Provide engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning, conduct technical reviews/risk assessments, and support technical queries and installation quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field).
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools.
  • •Strong familiarity with international standards such as NFPA, FM, UL, EN, IEC, and ATEX (as applicable).
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
