Key Responsibilities

  • •Define infrastructure scaling strategy by analyzing current platform architecture and identifying what will break as load increases.
  • •Perform capacity planning and modeling, building instrumentation to understand when and where to add capacity.
  • •Design and build systems to provision, schedule, manage, and recycle large fleets of iOS simulators, Android emulators, and physical compute.
  • •Evolve distributed workload orchestration for builds, tests, agent sessions, and interactive workloads across heterogeneous compute pools.
  • •Scale and evolve the GCP infrastructure behind platform APIs and control-plane services while identifying and eliminating bottlenecks using production data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE experience with significant technical ownership.
  • •Scaled production infrastructure or compute platforms through meaningful increases in load.
  • •Analyzed existing architectures to identify scaling constraints and translate findings into a prioritized technical roadmap.
  • •Strong capacity planning skills to convert forecasts and expected workload growth into infrastructure requirements.
  • •Built or operated distributed systems at meaningful scale, with deep cloud infrastructure experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
