Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with clients through a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess needs, gather and document client data, and deliver customized recommendations by referring investment and insurance solutions across KeyBank’s client ecosystem. Prospect and grow a referral pipeline, open personal and business accounts, and support branch operations including teller-line assistance as needed. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering financial wellness guidance.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities, recommend and refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions, and document client interactions.
•Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and documenting calling efforts.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with teller-line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and demonstrate interpersonal interaction skills.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
