Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and oversee contractor implementation of BMS systems, ensuring they meet client needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
  • •Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, architects, M&E teams, contractors, and senior management, building strong relationships and providing expert advice.
  • •Manage complex projects from start to finish: feasibility studies, developing specifications and schedules, tender management, cost and bid analysis, and progress reporting.
  • •Conduct system surveys, assessments and FAT/SAT testing, providing clear reports, recommendations and training for clients to optimise performance.
  • •Drive business development, mentor and grow the BMS team, manage knowledge sharing, and contribute to innovation in smart building technologies.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical expertise in BMS and mechanical/electrical systems with experience in control systems, commissioning and smart building technology.
  • •Proven ability to lead teams and manage nationwide projects, finances, and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience coordinating clients, architects, M&E contractors and senior stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of open communication standards and current BMS trends; experience with Trend, Tridium or Niagara.
  • •Chartered status or working toward it; security clearance (or willingness to obtain).
