Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and facilitate systems engineering execution across open architecture teams and associated adopting teams.
  • •Drive execution across multiple efforts with accountability to sprint-to-sprint outcomes.
  • •Develop and maintain systems engineering artifacts to build deep understanding of Anduril platforms and mission products.
  • •Weigh in on overall strategy and implementations alongside Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers.
  • •Build integrated schedules and allocation plans alongside Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive program management experience on government or defense programs, with direct ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • •Active US Secret clearance.
  • •Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • •Proven experience serving as the primary interface to a government program office, running program reviews/technical interchange meetings and representing program status to the customer.
