Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as account executive for a client portfolio and a critical issue point/lead consultant as needed.
  • •Drive client retention with a focus on revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell.
  • •Develop and maintain client relationships by partnering with producers and executive sponsors to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Manage a team of consultants: define roles, assign/manage workloads, supervise adherence to service scopes/policies, mentor and coach.
  • •Coordinate with growth and shared services teams, collaborate on strategies, and maintain relationships with carriers/vendors including negotiations as needed.
