Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive one-on-one retirement consultations to high-net-worth retirement plan participants, tailoring guidance to their goals and circumstances.
  • •Develop a deep understanding of each participant’s financial situation and deliver in-depth education on retirement income strategies, asset allocation, tax considerations, and estate planning concepts.
  • •Navigate advanced retirement and investment considerations for participants with complex balance levels (typically $350k+).
  • •Drive asset retention and acquisition by supporting stay-in-plan outcomes, rollover retention, and account consolidation through ongoing conversations.
  • •Collaborate with the Individual Investors organization to ensure seamless handoffs and facilitate advisor referrals through established workflows and eligibility cues.
