Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare/review balance sheets, P/L schedules, and consolidated final accounts per IFRS.
  • •Prepare and consolidate annual reports and accounts, including variance analysis.
  • •Produce advanced analytical review and group review schedules for regional quarterly submissions.
  • •Review and approve journals; identify, drive, build, and operate new projects/assignments as BAU.
  • •Ensure SOX documentation, update and test SOPs by backups, and maintain adherence to Group policies, IFRS reporting, audit, controls, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA/ICWAI with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • •Prior experience in reporting profiles; exposure to month-end close preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of site reporting at financial institutions.
  • •Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • •Experience managing small (5+) teams in specialized functions.
