Senior Director, International Risk Oversight

Lead second-line-of-defense international risk oversight to support expansion into new markets and growth of retail banking and consumer lending products. Partner with business, compliance, legal, and cross-functional risk teams to build scalable governance for new product approvals, geographic expansions, and product lifecycle monitoring across jurisdictions. Drive enterprise risk appetite alignment, establish operating models and country-level governance structures, and provide independent challenge and escalation on international risk matters.
