Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce detailed user stories capturing electrical engineering requirements for high-quality product deliverables.
  • •Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure business and customer requirements are documented and prioritized.
  • •Ensure user stories include sufficient detail for accurate estimation, development, and comprehensive test scenarios.
  • •Engage with internal/external reference groups, customer workshops, and Voice of Customer discussions to gather and validate requirements.
  • •Participate in sprint ceremonies to communicate status, demonstrate deliverables, and support validation of the product vision.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-qualified, or equivalent experience, in Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline).
  • •Industry experience in electrically intensive sectors such as process plant, power generation/distribution, marine, oil and gas, food and beverage, or similar regulated environments.
  • •Proven experience leading a team to deliver effective projects or programmes.
  • •Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including LV/MV/HV distribution, control systems, and instrumentation interfaces for CAD-based design workflows.
  • •Experience producing, reviewing, or issuing electrical design deliverables and knowledge of relevant standards/codes (e.g., IEC, BS, IEEE).
