Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with store leadership.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor while supporting floor set updates.
  • •Use metrics to support business strategies and ensure safe, efficient store operations through strong stockroom standards and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
