Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead facilities and real estate capital projects from concept/feasibility through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • •Deliver tool-ready infrastructure and process utilities (e.g., HVAC/environmental control systems, exhaust, CDA, vacuum, process utilities, electrical distribution, controls/BMS integration, monitoring systems).
  • •Lead cleanroom retrofit/build efforts with contamination control, safety, uptime protection, commissioning readiness, and operational turnover.
  • •Manage contractors and construction execution including RFP support, RFIs, submittals, inspections, safety compliance, change management, and punch list closure.
  • •Own project financial management and scheduling: CAPEX forecasting, monthly projections, variance analysis, change orders, and integrated schedule development/updating in Microsoft Project.

Salary: USD 116,000 - 159,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of progressive project management experience in facilities capital projects (10–15 preferred for complex independent ownership).
  • •Delivery experience leading MEP-intensive projects in operational environments such as manufacturing, advanced R&D, or similar.
  • •Construction administration experience including RFIs, submittals, contractor performance management, and change control.
  • •Strong CAPEX forecasting, cost tracking, and variance reporting with PO approval monitoring.
  • •Microsoft Project proficiency: build schedules from scratch, manage critical path, and keep schedules updated.
