Facilities Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Lead end-to-end facilities and real estate capital projects that deliver tool-ready infrastructure and cleanroom retrofit/build for semiconductor R&D and advanced manufacturing. Own scope, schedule, and CAPEX forecasting, build integrated Microsoft Project schedules, and manage contractors through RFIs, submittals, commissioning, and turnover in a live operational environment. Coordinate HVAC/environmental controls, exhaust systems, process utilities, electrical distribution, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time readiness.
