Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot molding process adjustments and equipment to produce quality parts.
  • •Troubleshoot machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure proper functioning; answer machine alarms.
  • •Perform mold setup and removal, complete full start-up after setup, and maintain molds and machines.
  • •Mix materials, ensure hoppers are full, and complete paperwork covering production, processing, quality, and scrap.
  • •Conduct quality checks (including SPC knowledge), measure dimensions using precision tools, and train new mechanics.
