Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform fund level analysis for potential transactions and coordinate with asset management on asset-level budgets and fund-level impact.
  • •Own and maintain fund-level models; conduct portfolio attribution analysis and performance diagnostics across countries, sectors, and assets.
  • •Lead quarterly and annual reporting processes, manage the portfolio database for performance updates, and oversee external valuation processes and assumptions summaries.
  • •Benchmark and measure fund performance versus industry indices/peer funds, including submissions and validation of data to ANREV, MSCI, and other providers.
  • •Manage fund-level budgets and cash positions, coordinate capital requirements and fund flow, and support investor relations materials, due diligence, RFPs, and investor questionnaires/quarterly reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, portfolio management, fund management, valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • •Strong academic background in business, finance, or other relevant fields.
  • •Strong numerical capability, exceptional financial modeling skills, and quantitative/analytical skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (with VBA/Macro experience preferred) and strong proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and database management.
  • •Fluent in Chinese and English; CPA or CFA Level 1 or above (passed) is preferred.
