Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform table maintenance duties according to Vinyl Room service standards.
  • •Provide bottle and wine service, including flawlessly executing bottle service procedures.
  • •Upsell and offer food and beverage suggestions while guiding guests through their dining experience.
  • •Handle cash and use POS systems to support guest transactions.
  • •Anticipate guest needs and respond to intoxicated guests in a positive, safety-minded manner.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of experience serving in an upscale dining and nightlife venue.
  • •Impeccable knowledge of steps of service for upscale dining and responsible alcohol service.
  • •Expert confidence in bottle and wine service, including executing bottle service standards and procedures.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and cash handling experience.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
