Trust & Risk Agent (French Speaking)

Serve as front-line support for French users on a high-impact Trust & Risk team, handling escalated and emergency issues on the platform. Provide inbound email support, de-escalate and educate customers to reach resolutions, and investigate complex, sensitive trust and risk cases while maintaining satisfaction. Triage a backlog, monitor key operations metrics, and collaborate with other departments to resolve open questions and improve marketplace safety.
