Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement enterprise-level information management strategies aligned to organisational and client objectives.
•Establish and maintain IM policies, standards, and procedures in line with ISO 19650 and broader governance frameworks.
•Lead information risk management, ensuring risks are identified, reported, and mitigated; provide assurance reporting to governance boards.
•Oversee end-to-end information lifecycle management (creation, classification, storage, retrieval, retention, disposal).
•Lead the configuration, administration, and optimisation of digital platforms including Common Data Environments (CDEs) and Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Information Management, Digital Delivery, or Data Governance within the built environment or infrastructure sector.
•Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Information Management, Data Science, or a related discipline.
•Experience aligned to senior-level frameworks (e.g., GKIM Level 6 or equivalent).
•Professional certifications desirable: Microsoft 365 / Azure, ISO 19650 Practitioner, Information Governance or Records Management certifications.
