Senior Focus Factory Manager

Lead a focus factory operations team of about 150 salaried and hourly employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment. Own overall group performance across safety, quality, cost, and schedule, and coach employees to improve performance and standards. Serve as the primary communication link between leadership and production teams. Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency using Six Sigma fundamentals, while ensuring training, talent development, and succession planning.
