Job Summary

Build self-healing observability and improve operational health using AI-driven triage, incident response, and automation. Own ticket prioritization, prototype agentic workflows, and embed AI into runbooks and diagnostics to reduce recurring backlogs and speed up MTTR. Create and maintain monitoring dashboards using Tableau, Superset, and Grafana, and write code in Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Bash to automate operational workflows across global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and prioritize a ticket queue, resolving requests while identifying recurring categories to automate or deflect.
•Participate in rotating on-call and incident response, troubleshooting and documenting issues in real time (including weekends).
•Build and maintain monitoring dashboards that track service health, availability, and data quality, flagging gaps as they emerge.
•Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate triage, root-cause analysis, scripting, and documentation, with judgment when needed.
•Write and maintain code to automate operational workflows and partner with global stakeholder teams to drive issues to resolution.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience with observability and metrics tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and Elasticsearch.
•3+ years working with data querying and pipelines using SQL, Airflow, Trino, or SQS.
•Working knowledge of network fundamentals and hardware (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto).
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) across AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
•Comfort working in ticket/workflow-driven environments using Jira and Confluence; experience with enterprise SaaS tools and SSO/identity integration (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Okta) is a plus.
