•Build exceptional end-to-end searches and connect with top talent in the tech ecosystem.
•Improve our Talent operating rhythm and leverage AI as a force-multiplier to enhance workflows.
•Develop rigorous hiring processes across the business and advise hiring teams on better searches.
•Strengthen our talent brand by partnering with marketing to run events and brainstorm initiatives.
•Track and obsess over recruiting metrics to continuously beat targets and improve outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 73,000 - 120,000 annually
