Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Government Business Line by defining and executing multi-year strategy across DoD, USSF, SDA, and the IC; manage pipeline development, capture strategy, and program execution across priority opportunities
  • •Lead end-to-end capture for high-value programs, from early shaping through award; influence requirements and acquisition strategy pre-RFP; architect winning approaches and teaming strategies
  • •Build and scale a high-performing BD and capture team over time; mentor and develop junior team members as the organization scales
  • •Shape market position and partnerships by building senior relationships with government stakeholders and developing strategic primes/ecosystem partnerships
  • •Translate government demand signals into product and roadmap priorities and help define pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for government customers

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in government business development, capture, or growth roles
  • •Proven track record owning and winning complex programs (50M+ USD) including OTAs, BAAs, IDIQs, or equivalent
  • •Deep understanding of DoD, USSF, SDA, and/or IC acquisition environments
  • •Experience shaping opportunities pre-RFP and influencing program direction
  • •Strong network with senior government stakeholders and experience working with primes and emerging technology vendors
