Job Summary

Define and deliver technical specifications and solution blueprints for PLM implementations centered on PTC Windchill. Lead Windchill deployment, upgrades, configuration, and data migrations, and integrate Windchill with systems such as ERP, MES, and CPQ. Partner with customers to understand requirements, support project execution and issue resolution, and produce reusable documentation, while testing and validating configurations to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Write technical specifications based on functional requirements.
•Deploy, upgrade, and mature PTC Windchill, including configuration/customization testing and validation.
•Perform data migration into PTC Windchill.
•Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and requirements; interface with customer technical resources to support execution.
•Create reusable documentation (design specifications and user guides) and provide expertise in PLM and Windchill enterprise systems integration.

Key Requirements

•Write technical specifications based on functional requirements and support system blueprinting and proof-of-concept development.
•Deploy, upgrade, and mature the PTC Windchill application, including splitting Windchill systems for corporate carve-outs.
•Execute data migrations from existing systems into PTC Windchill.
•Integrate PTC Windchill with other systems such as ERP, MES, and CPQ (including SAP/Oracle app integration).
•Minimum 5 years of experience in MCAD and PLM in architecting, solutions, and execution of services projects; bachelor’s degree in engineering/CS/business/IS or equivalent experience.
