Job Summary

Own full-cycle candidate sourcing for Zip’s Engineering, Product, and Design recruiting team. You’ll identify and attract technical talent, build a pipeline across evergreen and high-priority roles, and engage, vet, and coordinate interview and hiring steps while keeping candidate experience top of mind. Partner with Zip leaders to define hiring needs and ideal profiles, collaborate cross-functionally, and use recruiting metrics to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.

•Source a large pipeline of high quality candidates for evergreen and high priority roles.

•Partner with Zip leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
•Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve recruiting processes.

Salary: USD 125,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in engineering sourcing.
•Proven success sourcing engineering roles including backend/frontend/fullstack, data engineering, security engineering, machine learning, infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, and AI engineering.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to represent Zip to top talent.
•Strong experience using ATS platforms; Ashby experience preferred.
•Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
