Job Summary

Own week-to-week and month-to-month forecasting, tracking, and reporting for Go-To-Market expense and headcount across the Americas finance team. Partner with revenue operations, budget owners, and global finance to deliver accurate insights and reporting packs ahead of business reviews. Build and refresh GTM forecasting models in Anaplan/Adaptive/Excel, run monthly soft-close processes, and support capacity planning, deal review input, and annual budget consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead week-to-week and month-to-month forecasting, tracking, and reporting for GTM expenses and headcount.
•Maintain and refresh monthly and weekly GTM forecasting models using Anaplan, Adaptive, Excel, and Google Suite.
•Run the monthly soft-close process to bridge financial planning and accounting data with high accuracy.
•Prepare reporting deliverables such as Monthly Business Reviews, Finance Review Packs, and leadership presentation materials.
•Assist with capacity planning, deal review processes, and annual budget consolidation as strategic projects evolve.
