Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NTAM’s Third-Party Oversight function across third-party risk, intercompany management, outsourcing oversight, and delegate oversight activities across EMEA.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to assess current operating models and design future-state solutions to improve efficiency, governance, digitisation, and automation.
  • •Identify, assess, monitor, control, and report third-party risks to senior leadership and relevant governance committees.
  • •Provide independent reporting of operational issues with appropriate escalation and communication to SMFs and senior management across regulated entities.
  • •Develop, maintain, and oversee governance and control frameworks to ensure service delivery standards, performance monitoring, and ongoing effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in investment management, including third-party risk management, outsourcing oversight, vendor governance, or operational risk.
  • •Strong knowledge of global third-party risk management regulatory requirements, including FCA and Central Bank of Ireland expectations.
  • •Experience designing and implementing third-party risk frameworks, governance models, risk assessment methodologies, and reporting processes.
  • •Knowledge of UCITS, AIFs, MiFID products, and operating models for management companies and delegated service providers.
