Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a shift or multi-shift production operation with supervisors, team leads, coordinators, and associates.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and corrective actions in warehouse operations, working with Managers to resolve issues.
  • •Execute production processes with complete, timely, and accurate outcomes, including labor planning & scheduling and core operations (kitting, casing, labeling, staging, sorting, portioning, outbound).
  • •Develop management schedules for full process coverage and manage production controls and metrics such as safety near misses/incidents, labor efficiency, production errors, yield/waste, on-time delivery, and employee engagement.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, facilitate training on production best practices and standard operating procedures, and drive error improvement and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • •Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety and its application in a warehouse and production environment.
  • •Experience managing large-scale teams and operations.
  • •Ability to lead with strong relationship-building, clear communication, motivation, and accountability.
  • •Analytical problem-solving skills to identify and simplify complex issues and drive data-driven solutions.
