Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, validate, and maintain trailer and intermodal load/order records in the TMS based on tenders, rate confirmations, and onshore instructions.
  • •Process and audit operational documentation (BOL, POD, rate confirmations, interchange receipts) for accuracy and completeness within timelines.
  • •Update and reconcile load milestones, status codes, and system records using data from the Control Tower and tracking systems.
  • •Maintain and reconcile equipment inventory and utilization records, and process empty equipment repositioning transactions in operational systems.
  • •Calculate and process detention, demurrage, and per-diem accessorial charges; support order-to-cash activities including invoicing, billing exception resolution, and carrier settlement.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years direct experience in transportation/logistics backoffice operations, order management, billing or transactional support.
  • •Prior experience in Trucking, Intermodal/Drayage, Trailer Operations backoffice, or transportation/logistics transactional support.
  • •Knowledge of load/order entry, documentation processing, and billing/invoicing workflows.
  • •Understanding of equipment record management (trailer/chassis/container) plus detention/demurrage and empty repositioning processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Finance/Accounting is an added advantage.
