Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end demand and supply chain to ensure product availability and avoid out-of-stocks while maintaining optimal stock levels.
  • •Provide 52-week demand to factories and run monthly Forecast Meetings with sales and marketing to analyze data and update forecasts.
  • •Own finished goods inventory management and drive projects to reduce inventory levels, including external co-packer supply.
  • •Manage incoming goods and supply chain using enterprise systems; accurately input and maintain data in Rapid Response/ECC/BW.
  • •Plan and analyze weekly production schedules; update 12-month rolling forecasts in Rapid Response, monitor weekly OOS/distress reporting, and coordinate new product launch follow-up to delivery in DC.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of supply chain models to identify issues and opportunities.
  • •Experience in a similar demand and supply planning role in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Good understanding of planning systems and how to use them effectively.
  • •Proactive approach with ownership, including the ability to manage projects and relationships with local partners and contractors.
  • •Fluent Romanian and English.
