Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve client inquiries via calls, chats, and email related to asset and cash transfers.
  • •Work with back office to manage securities-related queries globally, including follow-up on pending transfers/settlements and breaks.
  • •Support settlement and global custody day-to-day operations for Securities/Global Custody, including clarifications on completion.
  • •Ensure query resolution to completion within agreed service levels and client satisfaction standards.
  • •Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM and ticketing records; participate in training and knowledge base development.

Key Requirements
