Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver customer projects including migrations, data optimizations, and schema designs.
  • •Tune slow queries and configurations; write fixes to unblock customers.
  • •Apply AI tools to accelerate engineering and create reusable prompts and playbooks.
  • •Translate reference architectures into customer-specific deployments and adapt TigerData features to real workloads.
  • •Be the customer’s technical champion and capture knowledge to share with Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep hands-on experience with PostgreSQL—SQL tuning, performance optimization, and schema design.
  • •Experience delivering complex migrations, data transformations, or production optimizations.
  • •Fluency in SQL and Python (or similar scripting languages) for data work.
  • •Strong ability to lead technical conversations with customers under pressure.
  • •Bonus: experience in Implementation Engineering, Integration Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Consulting.
