Job Summary

Provide RAM/RCM-based reliability engineering for Saudi Aramco’s power systems, leading asset integrity programs, RAM RCAs, and KPI reporting to ensure safe, reliable power supply for hydrocarbon production and facilities.

Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Develop RAM model for the electrical substations and distribution network and integrate with asset management processes.
•Develop and align RCM processes focused on equipment function to identify and mitigate functional failures.
•Develop, manage, and monitor asset management policy, strategy, and work plans to align with the Strategic Asset Management Program.
•Manage PS-owned substations by deploying Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS) program and oversee HV equipment life cycle management.
•Perform asset failure trending, RCA, and data analysis (APM, Six Sigma) to update KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) and report reliability progress.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
•Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry or Power utility in Power Systems Reliability & Asset Integrity Management
•Familiar with RAM/RCM/RMS/MTBF/Bad actors and SAP or equivalent systems
•Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or 6 Sigma certification is preferred
•Strong knowledge of RAM, RCM, MTBF, MTTR, RCA and reliability-based maintenance methodologies
