Job Summary

Own revenue accounting for a fast-growing SaaS company by executing month-end close, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, and analyzing complex billing arrangements under ASC 606. Manage invoicing, revenue metrics, and billing question resolution while partnering with Customer Success, Deal Desk, Sales Systems, and Order Operations to improve order-to-cash processes. Support internal and external audits and drive finance process improvements to scale the function.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
•Analyze customer billing arrangements and prepare revenue recognition analyses in accordance with ASC 606.
•Manage invoicing activities, calculate key revenue metrics, and resolve billing questions with customers and internal teams.
•Collaborate with Customer Success, Deal Desk, Sales Systems, and Order Operations to improve the order-to-cash process.
•Support internal and external audit activities, including revenue walkthroughs and preparation of audit documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably at a public company or Big Four firm.
•Strong revenue accounting knowledge, including experience applying ASC 606.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business functions.
•Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience with SaaS business models is preferred; CPA (or progress toward certification) and tools experience (NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, or Microsoft Access) are a plus.
