Key Responsibilities

  • •Support supervisory duties by planning, assigning, and directing work in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • •Address complaints and resolve problems.
  • •Gain experience across multiple facility areas, including flock service, vaccination programs, molting programs, and feeding programs.
  • •Learn and apply operational processes such as house maintenance, pest control, egg grading and packing, sanitation procedures, and preventive maintenance.
  • •Develop skills in inventory control, procurement, and record-keeping across rotating assignments.

  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in management or poultry science from a four-year college or university.
  • •Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • •A valid driver’s license and forklift certificate may be required for this position.
  • •Bilingual skills are a plus.
