Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate market and stakeholder needs into prioritized backlogs and clear acceptance criteria for demo initiatives.
  • •Align demo initiatives with product and industry roadmaps, flagging misalignments and communicating shifts to stakeholders.
  • •Bridge business value with technical details by conducting structured requirement discussions and converting needs into backlog items.
  • •Manage sprint delivery and re-prioritize work in response to changing needs while keeping the backlog groomed and transparent.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot industry demo environments, mapping demo assets to industry/customer problems and documenting solution coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional experience in Product Ownership, Solution Engineering, or Product Management, executing sprints in an Agile/Scrum environment as a Product Owner.
  • •Deep knowledge of the Energy industry to understand market trends and align technical solutions to them.
  • •Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
  • •Agentforce Specialist or Data Cloud certification (required, can be obtained during ramping).
  • •Experience managing backlogs and collaborating in cross-functional technical initiatives; CSM or PSM Certified.
