Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute sales strategies and annual business plans for the Data Center Cooling segment
  • •Analyze industry trends and perform competitive analysis to define Eaton’s value proposition and positioning
  • •Build and manage relationships with key Data Center end users and ecosystem partners, including identifying decision-makers and driving approvals
  • •Lead the full OEM sales cycle from opportunity identification to project award with effective pipeline management
  • •Deliver segment targets and revenue growth, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market initiatives and represent Eaton in industry forums

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in a related technical discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Engineering, HVAC)
  • •Minimum 8 years of B2B industrial product sales and/or solution selling
  • •Minimum 3 years of business development and account management within the Data Center Cooling industry (mandatory)
  • •Proven experience selling to OEM customers, preferably within the Data Center Cooling ecosystem
  • •Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
