Job Summary

Partner with Portfolio Managers to support underwriting and ongoing credit monitoring for healthcare real estate and commercial deals. Draft and maintain credit documentation, complete indicative credit information in banking systems, and prepare risk-rating and tickler analyses. Build and run financial, risk, PD, and projection models with limited oversight, verify covenants, and recommend monitoring actions and portfolio updates using tools such as RADAR, Credit Service reporting, and ALSR.

•Proficiency in internal banking applications and Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication skills.
