Job Summary

Oversee the end-to-end vehicle inspection (ECR) operation for Dealer, Commercial, and Specialty lanes, managing staffing, scheduling, and the accurate documentation of vehicle condition reports and digital imaging. Coordinate inspector training and ICP advancement, ensure SLA compliance and QA standards, and lead quality audits and performance reviews. Partner with vehicle entry check-in teams, photographers, and dealers to resolve issues and maintain key performance targets.

•Manage and direct vehicle condition writing, condition reports, and/or computer data entry documentation.
•Plan and coordinate skill-based training for inspectors and the Inspector Certification Program (ICP), including enabling ICP level advancement per guidelines.
•Ensure compliance with SLA requirements and high-quality condition report completion; engage relevant departments and location management to meet targets.
•Interact with dealers and customer/client representatives to resolve complaints and support specific needs, including forwarding exceptions for review.
•Lead audits and performance management: complete physical audits, conduct quality audits to QA standards, and review departmental KPIs and work volumes to optimize staffing and improvement strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,200 - 91,800

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field (automotive shop preferred), or an equivalent combination of degree and experience.
•At least 1 year of experience in a management, supervisory, or lead role.
•Experience in the automobile industry or the Auction business.
•Strong communication and interaction skills, with competent supervisory and organizational skills.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles; safe driving required.
