Job Summary

Retail Account Service Specialist supporting Greater China, owning end-to-end store order operations, replenishments, returns, and NSO project coordination. Acts as the operational bridge between front-end teams and regional 3PL, uses D365, Looker and Excel for data-driven decisions, and drives workflow standardization and seamless stock readiness for premium retail brands.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end retail order operation excellence: manage replenishments, EDI, returns, and daily order flows with D365 ensuring accurate and timely store receipts.
•Coordinate New Store Opening (NSO) projects from the Account Services side, testing system pathways and ensuring stock readiness for new stores.
•Support consolidated store activities (consumables, uniforms, warranty) by processing material requests and managing verification and tracking.
•Drive process optimization and data analytics: standardize workflows, use Looker/Excel to track metrics, and explore automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks.
•Liaise with regional 3PL partners and cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Retail Ops, Logistics) to translate priorities into warehouse execution and resolve operational anomalies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•3-5 years of experience in Retail Account Service, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
•Experience in premium sports, fashion, or retail multinational brands is highly preferred.
•Direct, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other mainstream ERP systems is strongly preferred.
•Skilled in data reporting tools, especially Looker (or Power BI / Tableau) and advanced MS Excel.
