Job Summary

Build and grow a treasury management business by developing TM strategy, driving line-of-business engagement, and accelerating business development to meet revenue, deposit, and card/F/X sales targets. Own financial and production results through active portfolio management, pipeline oversight, and accurate SalesForce activity tracking. Partner closely with line-of-business leaders and RMs to plan key client initiatives, course-correct performance, and deliver an end-to-end client experience from deal development through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently build and grow the treasury management business/market by developing and driving a TM strategy and engagement plan.
•Own financial and production results, including growing TM revenue and deposits and meeting portfolio growth objectives.
•Develop and execute a full-year LOB/market strategy and business plan, including SWOT analysis and targeted focus areas for deposit and fee growth.
•Cultivate and maintain strong LOB partnerships through RM cadence, 1v1s, activity reviews, client planning, and tactical course correction.
•Drive TM business development by leading client/prospect conversations, pipeline oversight, and end-to-end client experience from deal development through onboarding handoff.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master’s preferred.

•Proven negotiation and active listening skills, with strong oral presentation and written communication.
•Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
