Key Responsibilities

•Lead automation and process improvement initiatives within HR Operations by identifying high-impact use cases and driving implementation.
•Translate dynamic business processes into structured, system and AI executable workflows.
•Develop clear BRDs and deliver end-to-end solutions.
•Integrate automation capabilities with core HR systems (e.g., People, Workday) and foundational tools (e.g., Bitable/Base) to build scalable solutions.
•Support adoption of new tools and ways of working through training, enablement, and best practice sharing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above; open to all majors and experience levels.
•Strong sense of purpose and self-driven mindset; not bound by the status quo.
•Agile and innovative mindset with interest in process optimization and new technologies.
•Ability to drive cross-functional alignment to solve complex problems and synthesize methods to find optimal solutions.
•Prior experience in HR strategy, HR products, or AI-related fields is preferred.
